Meet at your home.
Most visits take about 30 minutes. We stay as long as needed to answer your questions. Todd or Derek will look at your space, take measurements, and talk about your needs and wants. Tell us what you own, what is hard to store, and the look you love.
You do not need to send photos, measurements, or a budget before this visit. If you share the space, it can help for both of you to join the talk.
Review and approve your design.
We prepare your custom design and price. Look them over and ask questions. Once you approve the plan and pay the agreed deposit, we arrange the install.
Most installations take 1–2 days. We’ll confirm the timing for your job. Please clear the work area before we arrive. We use tarps to protect your home and keep dust to a minimum. We finish with a thorough clean and a final walkthrough with you.
